The sites I design have;

• Enough ‘white space’ to allow the eye to rest and not become tired with clutter
• A harmonious colour scheme, again, to not tire the eyes of your viewer
• A corporate look when appropriate and a more artistic design when needed

A design isn't a web site until it has been coded. I hand code the sites using table-based or table-less methods and up to W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 strict specification, wherever possible. Table-less CSS based sites will load up slightly quicker and are my preferred way of building but these are not always the best solution. During consultations I can advise on the best for your needs.

A site built up to W3C standards is easier to read for the search engines and will be indexed quicker than a site not built to the standard. For you this means that you have a better chance of being found during an Internet search.
